Office staff were great and really new what they were doing. she did.
Extremely smooth experience. I was stuck in Bairnsdale after my car broke down at the end of a holiday. It was a rush to find a car to get home while being hassled by my insurance company on the phone. But the woman at the Hertz desk was patient, kind and understanding. You won't find better service!
First the truck had a flat battery when we went to pick it up, then half way through a 10 hr drive the tyre blow cost $300 and then the battery went flat again within 1.5hrs while we waited for the tyre to be fixed. Truck was turned off so was not using any power, had to wait for someone to fix the battery AGAIN NOT IMPRESSED. THEY CHARGE A FORTUNE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEN THEY DONT MAINTAIN THEIR BLOODY TRUCKS. WILL SO BE WANTING A VERY BIG DISCOUNT FOR ALL THE TROUBLE. Thank God for helpful truckies willing to help strangers
I had a car booked across the road and when I went to pick it up they told me they didn’t have it.. went to hertz and the lovely lady’s organised one. They went out of their way to get it organised and even gave me a lift down the road while I waited!! Thanks so much for your help! :
