Hertz Bairnsdale what a joke!nHad to give 1 star but would have given 0.nHertz Hired my Sister an unroadworthy truck which had not been serviced for over 2 years .nLeft Bairnsdale to do a pick up in Dandenong areas to have wipers not working and doing there job,  cabin had fume smells, oil light came on and my sister did the correct thing to not continue the drive until checked by roadside assistance.nCalled for roadside assistance and ended up waiting 5 hours until it eventually arrived.nMechanic said no oil , exhaust leak and yes vehicle is unroadworthy!nShame on you Hertz Bairnsdale to not have checked your vehicles mechanical condition before you hired it out.nSo at the end of the day knowing the truck is as off the road and inconvenienced my Sister for 5 hours would you not refund her the full amount of her hire after yea YOUR truck failed her.nBecause you don't care about the inconvenience as your customer service!nConnor what a piece of work you are and your phone manner and service was well below standard in a service industry. Retrain your staff Hertz.nHertz Bairnsdale you should be ashamed of the treatment my sister experienced and your carelessness in providing a safe / roadworthy vehicle that anybody hiring would expect to have confidence in to get from A-B safely without any problems.nWould never ever recommend this company.nSo in the end refunded back the bond but would not fully refund the hire after 5 hours off the road fully inconveniencing the hirer.nSays it all Hertz! Avoid!

He was so kind to preform that task for me & I was thrilled.nI caught the bus & train to Sale and Robyn there couldn’t do enough for me!
