Valuer barely spent any time at the house. Came back with a valuation well under what the bank originally had. Will not provide the comparable sales they alegidly used and when provided with some similar houses with less features, smaller land etc they said not comparable.  Wont even explain their reasoning,  I agree with other comments, dont use them.  If I could give zero I would.

Not recommended at all! You will get a valuation price well below market value. Their low review rate says it all.
