Heritage House at Cherrybrook has been the most wonderful place for our daughter. She started when she was just 13 months old, and the care, support and dedication shown by all the staff—especially Ms Shitu, Ms Nimfa, and Ms Silvia—have been exceptional.nnThey have worked closely with her to help her reach important developmental milestones while ensuring she feels safe, comfortable and supported every day. Since attending Heritage House, we have noticed a remarkable increase in her confidence and independence at home. It has been so rewarding to see her putting into practice the new skills she learns at daycare.nnWe have complete peace of mind knowing that our daughter is genuinely cared for and nurtured. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Heritage House to other families.
We are happy, and more importantly our daughter is happy to go to Heritage House.nnThe staff members are friendly and caring, there are various activities throughout each week for the children to participate for their development. They create a warm and welcoming environment which is critical for a young child when they newly join.nnHighly recommend for any family nearby that’s looking for a good daycare.

The teachers are friendly and caring, the food is delicious, and the children enjoy a variety of different games and learning activities every day.nnThe children are happy, and parents can feel confident knowing their kids are in a safe and nurturing environment. We are extremely grateful for the care and support this childcare centre has provided to our daughter.nnMs Ahya has been absolutely amazing — she takes such good care of our daughter, and it truly shows. Even on the weekends, our daughter keeps mentioning Ahya’s name, which says so much about the bond they have built. As parents, that gives us so much reassurance and peace of mind.nnWe would also like to sincerely thank the manager, Ms Silvia. She has been incredibly helpful, always approachable, and has given us a lot of valuable and practical advice. Our experience with this centre was disappointing.nnMy 2yo child often had severe nappy rash while attending, even though we provided our own nappies. Personal belongings also went missing quite frequently.nnMy child was also bitten twice. I understand that incidents can happen in childcare, but the response from management was not very helpful and we didn’t feel the situation was taken seriously.nnThere also seems to be a high staff turnover, which makes it hard to feel there is stability for the children.nnAt our new childcare centre, when my child was scratched once, the teachers immediately apologised and communicated with us clearly. The difference in attitude and care was very noticeable.nn—— Update Response to the centre ——nnHi,nnI can confirm this review is based on our genuine experience at your Cherrybrook centre.nnThe incidents mentioned nappy rash, belongings going missing, and biting did happen, and we raised concerns during our time there.nnI understand policies or staff may have changed since then, but this does not invalidate our experience.It’s disappointing to see our experience being dismissed rather than addressed.
