Wonderful view! Amazing nature! Fantastic music of nature. If you are looking for adventure and spend one night at beach with some nice trees, it's definitely one the best options.

Not sure why they bother with portapotties if they don't clean them enough... Otherwise a magical place to stay.

Beautiful campsites right on the lake. We were lucky enough to find one right on the shore and had some Eric views from our tent. There's plenty of room but there are only a handful that are relatively private.
 It's very basic with only a couple of pit toilets. Some sites have a picnic table nearby for use which was nice. There's no one there all the time but a ranger comes by very early each morning to verify everyone had paid, and if you haven't they'll wake you up, so don't forget! Highly recommend a night here.

Fantastic quiet place right on the lake and on your way to Millford or back to The Anau. Some people find 13 dollar expensive "for just a toilet', but I think the location, the view an sunset are priceless! Indeed, the ranger comes by at 6.30 am, to check if you paid, even on New year's day! Go DOC!! ;-)
