I first met Henry Carus in 2015 after a serious back injury sustained at work in December 2014.
 Henry struck me as passionate about people with personal injuries and obtaining the best possible outcome for them. 
 He has an infectious personality and I felt he cared and believed me right from the start.
Henry explained to me that he thought I had a good case and what the plan would be going forward in a clear concise manner that was easy to understand.
With Ryan Moran at his side, who shares the same ethos and work ethic, they were both able to work through the many problems that arose and deliver a great result without going to court.

Absolutely woeful experience, I approached the firm with a medical claim and was told that I would receive the help and support that this firm falsely advertises. After months of me having to follow up and check up with the team I was assigned I was informed that the subpar reports they had been given where not strong enough to back my claim. Shortly after that without even trying to explore other avenues to assist me the firm cut off all communication with me. I STRONGLY ADVISE GOING TO OTHER FIRMS LIKE I HAVE AS ONCE YOUR CLAIM GETS TO HARD THEY WILL DROP YOUR CASE!! Highly disappointed….. 

The lack of care and compassion that went into my case proved that there was minimal to no effort the response from your team is just a weak effort to justify your " when times get tuff drop it attitude "!! poor form

After years of suffering and surgeries I am very appreciative that Henry and his team were able to help me get compensation for my injury. While no amount of money can change the impact this injury has had on my life, I am very thankful to Henry and his team for all the work they put into my case. I now also have the satisfaction of knowing the defendant have acknowledged their responsibility for my ongoing injury.

Henry Carus and associates are by far the best company to get in touch with if you need help. I went through a very long process with workcover but Henry and his team were there to help me and guide me through a very long and stressful time. In the end I walked away very happy and couldn’t thank the team at HCA anymore
