I did a tour. The staff and guests were all friendly and chatty. Seemed to be plenty of places my dad could hang out. Is also near to cafes, shops and the free bus.
A caring and supportive residential facility.nAmy, the Lifestyle Co-ordinator is informative and has been most helpful with my visits to residents.nnAll nursing staff I have come in contact with have been kind and friendly to residents and me.nnThis is a large complex offering a variety of accommodation options.nnThere is a Cafe on the ground floor, just past Reception and a lovely Gift shop as well.nAlthough parking is limited street only I have always found a park, relatively close.n*Be aware COVID-19 has placed extreme pressure on Administration to ensure all residents and staff are protected. You must be Triple Vaccinated for COVID-19 and have had a recent Influenza vaccination.n*Allow 20-30 minutes to process through the main entrance. A RAT test, followed by temperature check and sign in.nThere is help available if you need assistance.
My mother has been staying there for the past few weeks and she says she loves it there. That's good enough for me. Lovely rooms and the staff are really nice.
We went to see my wife's brother there on Saturday.nWe were so impressed with the security of the establishment..Staff lovely..you can't go past the front desk unless you ..sign in ..then do the Covid test providing you are negative..you are free to visit....highly recommend this establishment..well done to everyone invited..thankyou..Chrisn.
AS a Musician ...known as plus I we played at this facility on the 3rd of August for the residents Happy hour .what a pleasant venue to play at full credit to AMY her staff volunteers for making the after noon such a sucess good fun and singing had by all. PLUS I will be back.
