Helping Hand is a not-for-profit organisation offering home care services, retirement living and residential care homes to over 7,000 South Australians.
Our mission is to provide an innovative and broad range of residential and community based services to older people, which enable them to have the best possible quality of life.
Helping Hand provides a range of services across South Australia that allow you to keep doing what you love. From domestic to physical to emotional support we deliver services that fit in to your lifestyle. The services we offer are diverse enough that you can choose to stay at home and receive assistance, downsize to a retirement living unit or move into one of our fully accredited residential care homes. These are just some of the many options available to you.
Care at Home is a range of services made available to you in your home so you can continue doing what you love with the assistance you require.
You may want some support returning home after a hospital stay. We can help you rehabilitate into your own home so you can get back to your everyday life.
We also recognise that people’s needs are not just physical and provide emotional and social support within the community, including respite for carers.
Commonly known as nursing homes or hostels, we also operate eight residential care homes across the state.
Our retirement living units provide you with independence and privacy while we take care of the maintenance of your home.
