Let me get this started by saying that HELP absolutely blew me away. The staff are incredible, helpful, gracious and effective!

After my first day at HELP I got to sit down with their reverse marketer Sean, I asked him straight up "Do you think you could get me a job in four weeks?" He must have taken it as a personal challenge because I spent the next two weeks getting additional group and personalized training and being put forward for more job opportunities than I could process. 

Long story short, three weeks later I signed a contract with a new company and now work in an IT sales position. A position I can effectively use all of the skills I was learning over those three weeks.

If you get assigned to HELP you have landed in the best spot you could possibly have landed. They don't work miracles, you need to WANT a job to be able to benefit from the opportunity. But if you do then I want to reassure you, it WILL happen.

Care and consideration in the disability sector needs to be worked on. People with a disability have needs and feelings far deeper than those of the able-ability population. They are not a commodity. Better training and evaluation of employees working with the disability sector is what HELP needs to focus on right around the board!
