Fantastic little shop, good range of products to suit all tastes. The young lady that served me was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The store is WA owned and has an interesting back story. There is free for 60 minutes ticket parking right outside the door for cars and motorcycles. I will most definitely be paying them another visit when I need more motorcycle accessories.
Went in looking for an open face helmet and was approached by the lovely Julian. Great customer service and a lot of knowledge in finding the perfect fitting helmet. Came back in a couple weeks later and Julian helped me out again by picking out a nice set of gloves! Great store, full of options and priced well.
We went this morning to buy a helmet and gear, it was a great experience, no sales pressure. The sales person took great care in explaining the products very patiently in the end giving reasonable discounts. Very good team. Keep up the great job.
Went there this morning 29/10/22, on the advice of a mate and what great advice it was. What a place! Jammed with customers with little room to navigate. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Decided on a pr of wet weather pants that I'd been on the hunt for, for sometime and was served by the lovely Beth, who gave me a great price on what I was after. She is an asset to the store, and her customer service is A1+
Was in this evening to purchase a helmet for upcoming Motorsport events. The staff that served me were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help me, and showed genuine interest in my needs. Everything seemed very reasonably priced and I will absolutely be back here in the future. As someone who works retail, I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I've experienced - one of the best interactions I have ever had.
Hamish sorted me out with a new lid gloves and chrome visor. Was in and out in 10 mins and very pleased with my purchase. Cheers mate
Great Friendly service, extremely knowledgeable. Really lovely Ladies. Will help any way they can. If they don't have stock due to small store they order in. Have layby. Really just a great environment all round.
In a world of online shopping Helmet House is a bastion of knowledge and personal assistance. Fantastic range of Helmets and rider gear with a good selection of brands; the team will make sure it's the right fit for you. Most recently I got a sena comms system at a great price and the crew fitted it for free. Highly recommend a drop in if your looking for new gear.
I have to say the experience I had here today, has to be one if not the best. Sales consultants are full of information and knowledge. Never felt pressured. Well worth a visit and my 2hr drive. Keep up the level of service and a bigger shop will be needed. Thank you to all the team members. Suzie was my main sales consultant.
I don't normally write reviews, but I felt the level of customer service I received was so great, that I was compelled to write one. Due to my work times, I called up Friday afternoon around 10 minutes before close. Julian answered my call and was more than happy to answer my enquiries. Even took the time to explain differences in the products. Julian then set aside an item for me, which I was able to travel up to collect the following morning. Whilst in store, Julian's knowledge on the products in various price ranges was brilliant. I left the store with gear that I was confident in. All done with a cheery smile. Thanks for a brilliant experience Julian. I will definitely be a returning customer.
