Big shout out to Anne for organising our trip to Thailand May 22 - June 5 . The whole trip went so smooth from start to finish.  Our flights were easy and straight forward, and she kept us informed and up to date with Jetstar and their flight changes.  Anyone wanting to book a trip, I can't recommend Anne and her team enough. Xxxx

I am most disappointed about the service in Hello World, Bacchus Marsh. No, the girls are nice and helpful and helped last time when we were going to Japan. But Anne Pierce! The only thing we wanted was to book a ticket that my husband found. So we did, paid half  the money and half a couple of hours later. The receipt was never sent. I had to go there twice to get it. I needed my ticket badly to arrange visas and other matters. I had to go there three times just to get a paper copy. I requested for an online copy, gave my address just to never get it until a couple days before the flight I dropped in again and one of the girls kindly sent it. The reason we booked the ticket from them was we had problems with online check-in and seats as it is a long flight. But Anne promised to help 24 hours before. And guess what! It was Queen's birthday and they told me they would be shut. Flights Center was open and kindly helped though it has nothing to do with them.  Guess where we'll go next time?

Fantastic service and friendly staff you can't ask for much more. Loved the warm welcoming and such professionalism which this agent has to offer. I'll be back :
