Meals are very tasty and easy to prepare, and only really need to get two or three items like eggs, oils and butter for 5 day menu.

I’ve been enjoying my first of cooking HelloFresh so much, and the meals have really lifted the quality of my dinner at home, and it saves us so much time and effects thinking about what to eat everyday! My partner says that it feels like eating restaurant dishes in our living room watching our favourite TV shows.
I work away for two weeks at a time and worry about my 21 and 18yr old sons eating nutritious meals while I'm away. Since we've been doing hello fresh the boys are learning how to cook a variety of meals and are experiencing new tastes that they would not normally try. They absolutely love the ease of the recipes and the massive variety. Definately a win win in our household. The best part for me is receiving a message every night while I'm away at work, of their latest creation and hearing how proud they are of their cooking
I just love receiving my hello fresh boxes. It saves me worrying about what I’m going to cook every night. I have my meals planned and ready to rock and roll. Ingredients are always fresh and the recipes are yummy. Thank you so much.
It’s very fun to try new recipes and they’re actually tasty! but,the vegetables/meats are not fresh. Here is a picture of ingredient I got 2 days ago.They lasts only for a couple days. If you tried to cook on weekends, the ingredients would be all rotten. The meat I got this time is expiring in 5 days. I would rather go for a grocery shopping and get fresher/ better quality food. Unsubscribed.
Meals are very nice and easy clear instructions. Occasionally the vegetables haven't been the highest quality. However anything that I mentioned has been quickly and satisfactorily compensated for. I would like to be able to suspend my deliveries online for a longer time period.
We have been using Hello Fresh for 2 weeks now and the produce is fresh and the highest quality and the portions are very generous. The meals themselves are absolutely delicious and with easy to follow recipes they are a treat to make. Highly recommended!
I was very excited to try Hello Fresh but have been so entirely disappointed by the whole experience. I had ordered to have my meal kit delivered on a Sunday. The entire day passed and no box came. I spoke to the customer service rep on the phone who apologised for the delay and let me know that due to an issue with suppliers, the delivery had been moved to a Tuesday despite being labelled on the app as out for delivery?. To apologise, $50 was credited to my account. Tuesday came and went and no delivery came. I called the customer service again who then told me that the delivery had been attempted but the concierge had denied it something that they never do, I had even spoken with them that morning to let them know to expect it. I was told the delivery would be happening on the Wednesday. Unsurprisingly, Wednesday also had no delivery and I was told once more that the Concierge had denied it all this time the delivery on my app was showing the status of "preparing". There is no chance of this as I had spoken with the Concierge after they 'denied' the first delivery and then went and spoke to them about the second 'denied' delivery which quite obviously never occurred. I spoke with the customer service again and they apologised, refunded me my money and told me that the $130 credit that i had used would be refunded back to my account so i could use the introductory offer again. when I checked my account in the next days , my credit was sitting at $130 so what happened to the other $50 to compensate for the failure with the supply chain????. In my opinion, this is the worst experience i have ever had with a company. Despicable, money-grubbing behaviour. the food isn't even fresh - my room mates have had rotten deliveries, major items missing think rump stake absent from the rump steak and salad and multiple times orders have come with broken packaging resulting in condiments everywhere. could not recommend less, please save yourself the heartache and money - Woolies and Coles is so much cheaper bonus! you wouldn't choose rotten food for yourself either!
It’s a really good way when you have no idea what you eat or your confused about your nutrition requirements. The materials given are really fresh and the ingredients of each meals being matched perfectly. The instruction paper is Clear demonstrated. The diversity of the menus you can choose is good as well. I also appreciate the flexibility. if one week you don’t want that, you can skip it, no extra charge. Also They always send emails to remind me to choose my meals.
