We booked in for a garden design session with Chris. He spent 45 minutes getting to know the design we were after, provided us with suggestions, and ultimately a comprehensive plan for our front garden.nnWe started with a sparse front garden and with Chris’ help we’ve ended up with a lush and intricate Japanese garden.nnI have no hesitations recommending Chris and his team for helping with your garden design. You’ll be surprised at what you can achieve with a budget and your own two hands with Chris’ guidance.
This is the one stop shop for all your garden plantation needs. From a rare kind of species of plant you need, they can order it in. There are heaps of stone fruit to choose from, herbs and edibles, native and mature plants. There’s ample parking and delivery is available, there is also a garden design service.
Updated comments:nnI’d like to update my review because Hello Hello Plants handled my feedback really well. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement plant of the same kind. Although I wasn’t notified when the new plant would arrive, it was organized and delivered very fast, which I really appreciated.nnI understand that plants can be delicate, and running a business isn’t always easy, so I’m grateful they took my feedback seriously and made the effort to make things right. While the replacement plant isn’t completely healthy, I think that might just be the nature of plants, and I don’t see a need to follow up further.nnOverall, their quick response and willingness to help have been impressive, and I’m happy to update my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. I genuinely believe they care about their customers and have great potential to keep providing excellent service.nn=====nInitial comments:nnI placed an order of over $300 some time ago, and unfortunately, the experience was not smooth due to several issues:nnA long time after placing my order, I was informed that they didn’t have my address, even though I am certain I provided it.nMuch later, I was told that one of the plants I ordered was unavailable.nAfter a significant delay, I was given a delivery window spanning three days 8 AM to 10 PM with a promise of 30 minutes' notice before arrival. This required me to remain at home or be ready to return home within 30 minutes during those three days.nThe actual notice I received before delivery was only 10 minutes, not 30 as promised.nI emailed them asking not to deliver after 4:30 PM because I have a small child whose bedtime is around 6 PM, but I received no response.nFinally, one of the delivered plants appeared very unhealthy. I requested an exchange or return, but even after a week, I haven’t received any reply.nI understand that delays and miscommunications can happen, and I appreciate that they eventually delivered the order. However, the lack of responsiveness and the overall handling of the process left me disappointed, especially considering the price point and the high expectations I had.nnI hope this feedback helps them improve their service and help others who want to buy from them.
Absolutely horrendous service. Bought two hydrangeas at the “modest” price of $250 approximately, “on sale”. The type and colour of the plants was not at all as it was in the website. I requested they send me the right ones. They didn’t have any. I requested a refund, which they agreed after picking up the plants. It’s been 2 weeks and many emails and phone calls later, I still have the plants which means looking after them and still haven’t received the refund. The delivery arrived at 9:30 at night, we had to go to receive the plants in pijamas, and now for the third day, I’ve had to spend all day at home waiting for them to pick them up, absolutely not recommended. There’s many other online companies that sell varieties and with a much better service. It’s unfortunate I didn’t use Garden Express as I normally do.
My first time here, great staff and great prices. I watched your ads growing up, Chris looks really worn out. Look after yourself mate. Your fans are rooting for you
