Were recommended this place for a late dinner and no regrets!! Ample parking. Amazing service that was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were not rushed at all even as we looked over the menu and asked many questions Prices are more than other franchise pizzas, however, definately worth the price!! Best pizza hubby has had in a long time, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sides too. Those onion rings!!!! Will definately be returning!!!
Sadly the dough in the gluten free base was underdone and super doughey. Was so expensive and paid almost $100 for just 3 pizzas and some poppers and then didn't even get discount on delivery !Food: 3/5
Absolutely disgusting customer service and pizza. I had ordered the Lust deluxe pizza for my five year old son of which he took a bite out of and said “this is yucky” mummy. I opened the pizza box to find inedible meat almost like brains had been splattered onto the pizza, not to mention the pizza was cold. I then called up to make a complaint to the manager offering photo evidence of which he wasn’t interested in and declined a refund of a $14.00 small pizza. Worst manager at this hells pizza store in Pukekohe and the lady answering the phone was rude as well and had so much attitude. I will not be returning to this Hell’s Pizza store again I do not want my son and I to get sick
Standard quality Hells Pizza, good tasting and great quality. Brought on special for Halloween, wouldn’t normally pay the standard price.
Has got too expensive and on a busy night they struggle and are always late with pizza. I ordered on the app 30 minutes ago and showed up when told. Still wasn’t ready.
My son is anaphylactic to dairy. The team at Hell Pukekohe do a fantastic job cleaning their bench and pizza cutter to make dairy free pizza safe for my son to eat. He loves it and I love that he feels he can have a treat that won’t send him to hospital. Pictured is a vegetarian double damned pizza. I love meat but I’m well impressed with this vege option.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.from the very start I was nice, calm and reasonable.The lady who answered the phone gave me so much attitude when I asked to talk to the manager to make a complaint about my food. Once I was passed over to the manager after waiting a while, was not apologetic at all!! I explained that I wasn’t happy with my order and wanted a refund and he refused and laughed at me before hanging up the phone. No way I’ll buy from them again because i don’t want food poisoning or to deal with the disgusting attitude and what they call “customer service. “ go to Dominos or Pizza Hut guys! At least you won’t get food poisoning there and you will be treated like a decent human being.
Delivery guy must have dropped our order, gave them a call and replaced it asap, but he asked for the old pizza back which I thought was a bit weird pic for a laugh though
PIZZA the Lust Delux would have tasted ok.. had it not been drowned in Bernaise Sauce. Totally overkill
