A usual regular. This time the order was average. Set a pick up time for one hour out as I was driving from Wellington after work so it would be ready at the same time. I think they cooked it in 15min and left it drying out for the other 45min. The brownee was burnt to the container, it wasn't coming out. Would be one star but the other times we've been are generally good.
Lousy service, ordered on line and given pickup time, arrived in store and advised it would be two or three minutes, twenty minutes later told they were waiting on the sides, forty minutes later finally left the store to find pizza was cold. Very disappointed, never again and I certainly couldn't recommend Hell Kapiti.
Good pizza but very busy so food took longer than the online ordering said it would be ready.
Thurs Sept 1 my takeaway pick up was late. But then no one was tracking the pickups and it sat there for 10 min before someone noticed it. Not acceptable service to take a Luke warm pizza home to the missus.
"The beast" $26 was seriously lacking. Even the base, which is usually awesome, was extremely soggy
Last night we ordered some pizza and when the driver arrived he was very friendly and professional to us and I highly recommend him, his name is Dylan. He provided great customer service and delivered the food fast. Thank you Dylan for the great service and great food.
What can i say love kapiti hells pizza the staff are always cool and make the best looking pizzas in my opinion and they dont skimp on the anchovies either
Ordered a pizza last night, asked for extra sauce and cheese...happy to pay extra. It arrived hardly any sauce or cheese. Unfortunately this isn't the first time from this particular store. Always disappointing at the kapiti branch compared to other branches. Waste of money
They are super stingy with their toppings at this branch. I complained so many times, but they never improved it so I just gave up buying from them. If I pay nearly $30 for a pizza I expect more than just a pizza that is basically all plain dry crust with a few veges chucked in the middle. Hell Upper Hutt is the best ever, so many toppings the slices collapse when you pull out a piece.
Far better than the Usual Pizza Suspects, though not your classic Italian.
