Amazing free service for the people on the Gold Coast!! You really can't justify dumping rubbish when you have a free and efficient service like this!!
I came here with my mum over the Christmas period. Being a South Australian, I was amazed at this set up and how clean and tidy it was. Such an amazing set up. I was even more surprised when people get to bring their unwanted items here for free. I load my Ute up with unwanted items, and I pay $70 to get rid of it, and it’s thrown into a heap not sorted inside a large shed. I’d be proud to have a set up like your set up. I can only give 5 stars, but I give 10/10 for a well oiled system.
Excellent service . Great staff
Had some green waste to dump today. Drove into the facility to be greeted by a man who couldn’t have been ruder. Spoke down to my partner and I and told us they haven’t accepted green waste for two years. Sadly didn’t catch his name. Whoever was directing cars at about 2:20pm on 12 February could do with some basic customer service training GCCC.

This place is very clean, doesn't even smell like a tip. Also, the people that work there are very helpful and cordial. Thankyou Helensvale waste and recycling.
Very neat, friendly staff with directions. We had segregated our garbage prior to arrival and took 30 seconds in an out. I am extremely impressed
