Trains and trams are on time and accurate. Just a pain sometimes trying to get parking during the work week Monday to Friday mornings. If you try to get parking after 7am good luck finding a spot. More luck finding gold.
A station that connects tram, train and buses. After the extension of the G Link tram now there is connectivity between tram and train. There is a big car park, but on weekdays it becomes almost full in the morning. There are some parking lots on the tram station side. Opposite side of the road there are many shops including Aldi and Woolworths.
Helensvale Town Centre always great. One level shopping.
Buses are mostly on time. Easy to navigate bus timetables, trams and trains. There are usually staff around to help or friendly locals.
All good... Everything in one location... I hope the trees being removed are being replaced..? AoK
Acts as a transit hub for the area train, tram and bus services. The main train concourse is somewhat outdated, but that'll probably change soon.
The customer service there's good,but the actual railway station isn't as good. The train tracks are filthy-it looks dangerous for the train driver & passengers alike!! If when alighting on &/or off the train & you fell onto the tracks you'd land amongst the bottles cans & to waste items thrown carelessly on the length of the tracks!! Not enough bibs on the platforms or above either maybe adding to this issue.
The Helensvale station is 3 in one stop destination. Has bus stop, train to airport and to Brisbane as well.
The station is well maintained and staff attentive and cooperative. Cleaners could give more attention to disinfecting hand rails, doors and seats. Youth behaviour is appalling and police and security guards do what they can when they are there. Drug sellers are often seen handing out "stuff" to youth in exchange for money......sad to see. Youth and some adult behaviour on both light rail and busses can be very offensive and intimidating particularly for older people. arr there.
Been here a few times and I don’t know what to say the customer service here is so bad to the point you become scared to ask for help and assistance!!! i saw the guy who works at the station was very rude towards one Asian lady
