A station that connects tram, train and buses. After the extension of the G Link tram now there is connectivity between tram and train. There is a big car park, but on weekdays it becomes almost full in the morning. There are some parking lots on the tram station side. Opposite side of the road there are many shops including Aldi and Woolworths.
Customer service staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Ticket machine took my money and the old blonde white male staff was racist, rude, not helpful in instructing me to get a refund or even provide me with a hotline. Worst person to put in a the position of customer service you could ever hire.
Average gold coast train station.nDon't bother catching the bus to the theme parks, This station has its own entertainment in the form of the local junkies.
The Helensvale station is 3 in one stop destination. Has bus stop, train to airport and to Brisbane as well.
Buses are mostly on time. Easy to navigate bus timetables, trams and trains. There are usually staff around to help or friendly locals.
