I used Adam for the conveyancing of my property purchase at the recommendation of my real estate broker..

He was efficient, effective and delightful to deal with.. The buyers and the bank were both unprepared which could have potentially delayed settlement. Adam had everything needed for all parties at his fingertips and attended in person to made sure it all went through. I highly recommend Adam for personalised and excellent service and professionalism.

In 2017 Glenys and I successfully sold our Camberwell Residence and purchased an apartment in Malvern. Acting on the advise from our agent Jellis Craig we engaged the services of Adam Held, Held Lawyers Malvern to look after the conveyancing and settlement for both properties. The two properties settled on the same day so there was no room for errors. Firstly what an absolute gentleman Adam is, his expertise in conveyancing and property is next to none. At Adams Malvern office he was very accommodating to all our needs and is approachable at anytime with any questions you may need answered. I recently purchased an investment property in Melbourne. Being a resident in NSW I got a recommendation from a friend in Melbourne to use Adam Held as my solicitor. 
He reviewed the contract pre purchase and gave very practical advice regarding some of the conditions. He always had my best interests at heart and was easily contactable and responded to e mails promptly. I would have no hesitation to recommend Adam as a solicitor and will use him again for my conveyancing needs.
