Genuinely pleasant experience for my day surgery stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I was so well looked after by the team before, during and after surgery. Consistently checking on me and managing my pain. No issues whatsoever, and I did not need to pay a cent. Feeling incredibly lucky to receive such great care :
I have had surgery, an overnight stay, xrays and several follow up appointments l honestly cannot praise this hospital enough. Every member of staff l came in contact with were caring, professional and kind. Thank you all.
Absolutely terrible.. If you are on a medical marijuana script and disclose this information as they've requested. They begin to treat you like a drug addict. The nurses seem to be following a script of what they're doing. There were sliding sheets under me after surgery, yet she made me lift myself up, rather than aiding me. Our medical staff need more education on a script their country deems legal. And not see the word marijuana and push their personal opinion. I've never felt more uncomfortable or treated so poorly
The building is tired but the staff make it a phenomenal place. Have taken excellent care of my Mother on several occasions in the Centaur wing. Please Vic Gov, the staff deserve better. Angela in the Centaur Wing in particular is a gem.
This experience with my daughter getting her ACL surgery has been the most pleasant procedure. From the nurse, doctors, surgeons, the orderly's, cleanings and just overall staff have been amazing. Thank you all
