Was sold a heater that was 10 years old. Manufacture date on name plate It didn't work. We returned the heater and waited over 4 weeks for our money. We contacted consumer affairs in order to get our money back. Don't go there.

Purchased a Weber Q family sized BBQ, customers service was outstanding, great price, ordered over phone and it was ready waiting for me when I arrived, even loaded it into my car. Thanks Grant. My best choice Weber dealer.

Wanted to ask a simple question regarding a  seemingly faulty regulator.  Tried ringing as we live in the Barossa - phone constantly engaged.  No mechanism to leave details for a call back.  Pretty poor.

Worst experience ever. Was told the delivery time on the fire place was 2-4 days, great, paid deposit was then told it was 1-2 weeks....after 9 weeks and a total nightmare and worse customer service, it finally arrived. They lie, don’t return calls and don’t even get the order correct!!!

I bought a Nectre from them a couple of years back and was impressed with their knowledge of the product and how quickly and smoothly it was delivered and installed. They've also been great when I had to have our other heater repaired last year. Happy to recommend them and will deal with them again.

Reasonable product range. Tired showroom but nice enough people.

Amazing place spent way more money than I was intended too  worth it
