Dr Prakash and the receptionist were very good, fast and professional. I was only there for a consultation. The receptionist is kind and considerate. Dr Prakash was open about costs, recovery and timeline for healing. He's a very funny guy, not all stoic and business-like as a lot of doctors are. I will be coming back here for my surgery.
Reception staff are always helpful and go above an beyond. They greet you and are always happy. The nurse is amazing and has a wealth of knowledge.nnDr Somani will always return your calls. She is always approachable and makes you feel at ease and is understanding. I have followed her since she first became my Dr in 2014 after moving from up north.
It has been a log time since I’ve felt heard by a doctor was well worth spending a bit of money to get proper healthcare. The whole place looks like it has been recently renovated which was nice and the receptionist at the front was friendly and was good at her job. Will be coming back as my regular GP.
Our great experience started with the initial call to the medical centre, the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The clinic itself was very clean and well laid out. Dr Prakash was very knowledgable, and offered a thorough consult. At no time did I feel like he was rushing me. Thank you team
In my 82 years I have visited a lot of medical centers and seen many doctors. I would like to say that my recent visit to the Heatly Medical Center for a procedure carried out by Dr Prakash and nurse Deanne was very professional and caring. The details of the procedure, pre, during and post were explained in a manner that elderly people could understand which made me feel calm and relaxed. The attention to detail and care from all the staff was excellent.
