I struggled in a mainstream school. Heatherwood on the other hand made a success story out of me for which to this day I remain grateful. I am proud to have been a student here and now a memoir about my involvement’s in the works. Thank you to the Principal and all staff.

I wouldn't put your kid in this school my son was bullied in his last school and I thought this school would be better but it turns out it's much worse because they say they will fix the bullying and it never happens i would consider putting your kid in other school not a great school

Don't put your kid here they don't teach you anything that will help you in the future and they are really rude to the students and they don't help with kids being bullied my son constantly got bullied and they didn't do anything they didn't tell me anything they didn't even do anything my son kept getting bullied I had to pull them out of the school and now he's being homeschooled because of these teachers they are not doing anything about the bullies they just let the bullies do anything they want I wouldn't recommend you putting your child here I wouldn't recommend putting your child here I would recommend putting them somewhere else because there is so much bullying

My grandson got bullied so Much he doesn't even want to go to the school he's afraid to even stand up for himself now because there is so many bullies he's afraid of them the teachers are helping a little bit but I wish they could do more because my grandson is afraid to go everyday why can't the teachers just do their job and stop the bullying

I wouldn't recommend putting your child here I put my child here to see if he would have a better time in a school like this but it just got worse there are so many bullies here my child came home nearly everyday full of tears because he kept getting bullied I wouldn't recommend I would recommend putting your child somewhere else this school is just full of bullies and the teachers do nothing about it my child is traumatised from the bullies I'm really angry and I would like a explanation from the principal

Wouldn't recommend putting your child here if they are anything other than high functioning. My son is moderate/mid functioning, and suffered years of bullying which we were unaware of. My son was barely being taught, he did two months of private tuition and immediately improved his handwriting, vocabulary, and spelling. Not the best school, but better than sending your child to a mainstream school ‍

Despite assurances by a senior staff member that we had not been forgotten about and we would be contacted soon - the contact and follow up never came. It seems that even a few points out of  one of the enrolment criteria  but not the other and a mention of autism meant the school was not interested in meeting us, or organising for us to visit despite our request,  let alone  be supportive of an alternative placement application. Truly your loss.

Heatherwood School is one of the best disability in Melbourne good gym and nice basketball cage that everyong can play to shoot ball in the hoops and look at the size of the mother ovel and the classroom aw stop it haha it feel like your in heaven

My daughter has been attending Heatherwood since 2014 all I can say is best school ever we will both miss the school when she graduates next year

the teacher's at this school are sooooooooo bossy and never listen to the kids so i hate it
