Good experience with ducted install. Sales person quotes sensible options and helpful adjusting quote. Install involved 5 people and 3 vans! Got the job done in the day. Coc issued right away. Install very tidy. Was worried insulation would be a mess after but was pretty good and put back in place. Unit works well. Very quiet. No noises. One room has 25% lower flow and possibly may need a balance in winter. Seems ok for cooling.
ESS was great, right from my initial enquiry to the install and follow up. They were knowledgable and rpofessional and discussed the pros and cons of different options so I could make an informed choice of heatpumps, locations and prices. They also came through on their timeframes - in fact ended up coming a day earlier so I didn't have to wait long this was during the holiday period. I highly recommend ESS and have already recommended them to friends and family. Thanks team.
I recently had EES install 2 heat pumps into our third floor bedrooms. Don’t go anywhere else but these guys. They were fantastic. Very professional and great communication throughout. They made sure that it was what we wanted and did a cracking job. Highly recommended. Thank you! We’re now cool
I have never been as appalled as I have been at the experience we've had with EES. It has taken us almost a full year to finally get our air conditioning installed, after multiple delays. The delays themselves wouldn't have been a problem I understand supply chain issues are a killer if there had been good communication - but unfortunately, we were left chasing EES constantly. They didn't seem to have communication among their own team, with some of them showing up and cutting holes in our ceiling only to learn they didn't have the right parts. Plus, we've ended up paying nearly a thousand dollars more than we were quoted despite this absolutely horrific experience unfortunately, my husband paid this before I caught it so I only realised when I looked at our bank account. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because several of the guys who came on site were really lovely and did their best to sort the issues for us - but I would definitely not recommend EES.
Contracted to installed heat pump. As we had concerns about our meter box which has a crack we asked 4 different staff members if it would be ok. Three staff members who came to our home and took photos didn’t identify any problems in spite of being repeatedly told the board was cracked. On that understanding we were given a firm price and we paid a deposit of half the final cost. Today an installer arrived, drilled holes in the wall and put the unit up. The last person to arrive was the electrician who told the installer the switch board was not up to standard. They phoned their manager who told them to take the unit down and take it with them. They then left leaving a hole in our lounge wall. They didn’t send the electrician until the very last minute - he should have been sent in the first place. We are an older couple and have been left feeling very unhappy.
Our installation of 2 heatpumps and condensers was very efficient and professional. The team of 3 worked well together and left us with no mess to clean up. The pipework and electrics on the outside are a work of art. Very pleased, thank you EES.
I purchased two heat pumps at separate times taking advantage of getting a good deal at the Waikato Home Improvements Shows. I could not fault the quoting and installation service both times and also had good communication via their office with regard to bookings, updates and invoicing. Thank you to the whole EES team
DO NOT deal with this company !!!, or do so at your own risk! We commissioned them to un install, and then re install our heat pump at a written quoted rate, while we had a roof repair done. When contacted to re install, they increased the price 400% from $550 to $2,290 as they admitted that they did not perform a proper calculation when they came for the site inspection. What is the point of getting a written quote, if companies like this will not honor them? BE WARNED
EES installed a Mitsubishi Multi unit system one outdoor unit and four indoor floor consoles for us. The initial sales consultant Sean was very helpful and patient, making two seperate visits to ensure we landed on the right solution for our retrofit. The installation team Ashmit & Rid were efficient, extremely polite, and the job was completed in a single day. Good care was taken on placement and internal finish regarding install of the indoor units, and the same can be said of the outdoor unit installation and the copper piping runs under the house - thanks team. The ‘sparky’ Ali was especially helpful in ensuring the electrical run, from a less than easy position indoors, was executed in manner requiring no indoor or external capping- all hidden. Thanks again.
A big thanks and huge appreciation for Virgil and Ritu for getting the installation done so quickly. Virgil was really good at explaining the options and what would work in our house. Ritu scheduled the install on the very next day after I gave the go ahead. The team that turned up for installation was also awesome and did a truly professional job. They communicated well and explained all the steps clearly and demonstrated excellent worksmanship. Great job done by Ravi, Ali and Shailesh on the install.
