experienced very uncomfortable racism from one of the staff, her name is Rose or Rosie when I attempted to have a refund. She yelled at me with raised voice saying " I will get a Chinese staff, you don't understand English" although I am not Chinese. I escalated this issue to the staff in charge. He simply said " I will speak to her" but no any apologies. This pharmacy need to provide proper customer services training to the staff. Very rude.
Absolutely love this place.This morning I went in to get a lot of different paper and e-scripts. My e-script wasn’t working and my doctor had given me the wrong dosage so Emmanuel helped me and went above and beyond even though they were busy and didn’t need to. Emmanuel was so nice and patient and tried organising everything and even called my doctor for me. I have been using this pharmacy since before covid and they have never been anything but amazing! Thank you!
My rating is in relation to the prescriptions team, as I simply haven't bought anything else from here. very pleasant, they allow me to have my preferred name printed on my labels I'm transgender and haven't changed my name legally just yet, and I don't generally have to wait too long for my medications.
Rude staff, and please don’t say it's not true. I went in with my wife to purchase perfume. My wife asked the girl behind the counter on a particular item, girl, who I can't remember her name gave my wife different brand. When my wife asked, "Do you have experience in this area?" her reply was yes, 3 years and the top seller for store. She then directed my wife to an area and did not even bother to take her there to show that's if you even care about customer or a sale Then, this girl went on swearing about my wife to another staff member while my wife was in the area directed to. I went to my wife and advised what was said. If you're going to hire staff, please ensure they are willing to work with a smile and be helpful to customers. We have been going to this store for a very long time, years as a matter of fact. But, in the future, we will not go back due to the way we were spoken about. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on customers. I will also pass this on to others and family who shop there. Today 6/3/2022 around 1.30 pm

Tried to buy a perfume today and stood in line behind another customer to waiting to be served, at the perfumes counter. After that customer was gone The shop assistant with big black/brown curly hair just walked off and never came back even when i was standing right in front of her, waiting to be served. My previous experience with a pharmacist was relatively ok so giving two stars.
Went to get COVID self test kit with my son today, I went there around 1pm, the guy told us they will in stock in one hour, so we wait around, and he said he can kept for us. An hour later got a phone call to pick up, went there, the old lady told us we can’t used our Medicare to get free kit, we will have to paid as they kept for us. She said: it’s your choose you want it pay for it or someone else will get it. So we will have to pay for our kit and can’t not used our Medicare card because they kept for us, and we only allow to have one pack, my son is not allow to have another pack. Because he is a kid. Very bad service and doesn’t make sense, if anyone know how to report them to government please let me know. Very disappointment. ………………… Update: Thank you for your reply, the reason we thought we can get free kit from Medicare is from the lady work at your store, I did not get here name. So if my son with me and I have his Medicare card, can he also get one with me? He was with me there, but we still only allowed to bought one pack?
went here to fill a prescription and got a lecture from the lady how i don’t need it and other people do need it more than me. how do u know what i need it for? i have been on it for over a year. it’s a prescription from the gynecologist. stay in ur lane, your job is to fill scripts and tell the patient how to use it. your comment is an insault to doctors who have much higher qualifications then you and who know what they are doing. advice if u don’t want to fill a script, just say u don’t have it. don’t lecture a customer.
Tried to buy headaches medication as a liquid and was told cause I'm not a child I was unable to buy it. And that only children could... didn't realise this chemist sold this stuff directly to children when other chemist wouldn't for one.. but to be insulted about not just buying a tablet and taking medication from children I'm not allowed to purchase here anyway is ridiculous. Avoid
I have been dealing with Natalia from this Pharmacy many times over the past several months who has assisted greatly with the care and advice for the health of my mother. I find it remarkable that no matter how busy she and the rest of the team are, they do their utmost to help every time and with a smile. Thank you
