Healthy Women Medical Centre is a general practice however it also provides a subspecialty Women's Health Service, staffed by eight female medical practitioners. All medical practitioners come from a background in general practice but have developed a special interest in Women's Health.

As well as the general medical concerns, there are many common health issues that Australian women face on a day to day basis such as:- depression, anxiety, menstrual problems, eating disorders, fertility issues, menopausal problems, breast concerns.

I just had an appointment there with one of doctors they were recommended by a friend. I knew I would have to pay higher gap I didn't mind if they showed empathy to my situation. I went for a mental consult I will not be going back again, her bed side manner needs work. I walked out feeling 100 times worse than I walked in. The receptionist showed more care to me.. Just wish I could get my money back.

A lovely team, highly recommend! I have been seeing my Dr there for years and appreciate the follow up and championing that she does. Real continuation of care and so kind!

I’ve been going to Healthy women Indooroopilly for many years and have seen many doctors in that time, some really good and some not to so good,but today I saw Dr Rochelle Venturi for the first time and she was absolutely lovely, she was very caring and interested in my whole health not just the reason for my visit. Dr Rochelle was very genuine, informative and caring. I would definitely recommend her.

The first doctor I had was good but left. I have since seen Dr R 3 times and have been extremely disappointed. Each time I have had an appointment to discuss results she has known nothing about them, including not knowing I was pregnant when getting blood test results to confirm my pregnancy. In another appointment she asked me if I had had my 13 week scan  when the purpose of the appointment was to discuss my 13 week scan results. Did not go through my NIPT results with me at all. Said she wouldn’t charge me for my appointment which took 2 minutes via Telehealth because she didn’t have any news for me and I had been told by reception to make an appointment but then I was still charged. Unfortunate when women are going out of their way to find a good GP. Wouldn’t recommend this Doctor.

Best doctors I have ever been to. I have been going to this practice for around 6 years. I see Dr Lyndall and she is amazing. Dr Lyndall is patient and thorough. The reception staff are great and friendly as well. I take all 3 of my young children there as I feel I can trust the advice and care given to us.

I have been going for years, however good doctor keep leaving. The Last 2 yrs with new GP Dr.R is not great. Very poor connection to have a regular GP who can’t remember me. Poor advice. Fee is getting more expensive. Always disappointed each time I walk out from the room. Charge for prescription over the phone as well.  I had enough and will stop going. Not recommended.

Dr Campbell is always thorough and attentive,  takes time to listen and find a solution and follows up on everything! Highly recommended

The woman i saw here multiple times told me she had gynaecology/obstetrics experience but spent the first 10 mins of every appointment just telling me I shouldn't smoke and ended up just putting me on a different birth control in my last appointment when I had come back more than once trying to see if I could get some internal scans organised. I no longer trust women doctors just because they're women or say they have the experience in women's health, this was a thoroughly disheartening experience and the birth control she put me on made me have a 6 week long period when im already anaemic. Really just felt like she didn't take the time to pay attention to my medical history and it sucks that a place known for women's health treated my reproductive health concerns with such flippancy. Anyway, maybe some of the other doctors are better, I hope other peoples experiences are nicer here but thought that was worth sharing.

I have been going to this clinic for years now but not actually sure why as each time I go I come out disappointed. I have had Bianca tell me I am overweight when I wear size 12 and was also not seeing her for my weight to now being told by a new doctor who had no idea tell me she really didn't want do something that I asked her to do. Not only that I asked advise on a condition I have been worried about and she said she had no idea what to do about it and couldn't suggest anything. I gave her an idea and she said as she was new to Brisbane she would need to look into it and would let me know in 3 to 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!! After that I wanted to walk out I was so discouraged by her service and lack of knowledge. And to make matters worse after only seeing her for 10 minutes and not getting any help I got charged $117. I could have research what I needed myself. The reception staff and nurses are amazing but the doctors are not that great anymore and overcharge for no service. I think sadly it is time for a new doctor. I would not recommend seeing Renata until she knows what she is talking about and wants to actually help without complaining. Very disappointed

I have been a patient at Healthy Women for a number of years, through a variety of health issues and have always had care that is thorough, caring and well explained.
