1. A unique weight loss program that is individualised for each person
There is such a lot of information available that should theoretically make losing weight an easy process, but the sheer volume can make it very confusing. Healthy Inspirations removes the confusion and provides structured eating plans to fit each person’s goals, tastes and lifestyle.
* Nutritionally sound
We help people lose weight and improve their health through sound nutritional principles. Whether your preference is for low-fat or low-carb eating, we can help. Most people do not know or understand their body’s unique responses to different foods for weight loss or for optimal health, and it’s different for everyone.
We don’t use packaged meals, pills or counting calories – it’s all eating food that is easily purchased from the supermarket, making it very affordable. You choose which foods you and your family will eat based on the foods from the broad fresh selection that you all enjoy.
* Process of discovery
You’ll be guided through our step-by-step program to discover your body’s best eating pattern. The program sets out exactly the foods and the amounts that you can eat per meal and per day. You’ll enjoy three meals per day that are supplemented with between meal snacks to keep your blood sugar levels stable and hunger at bay. Over time, if you find your hunger reduces, you may reduce to one snack between meals. Each week you’ll meet with your support coach to review your weight and food planner. You will also go over any hurdles that you may have had and discuss strategies to help with any upcoming social events. This is a great opportunity to set some weekly goals as well. Each week you have access to great recipes that make losing weight as easy as possible.

Over the last 15 years we have developed our programs based on new studies in the science of weight loss and with ongoing input from our consultant dietitian. The program is built around our female members; what they like, what they respond to, and what works for women. There is no other program that is as individualised so that you eat only foods that you enjoy. To make it even easier to manage, your family can eat with you. It is a program that is all about you. It is a simple system where you learn new habits – how to eat and exercise the right way – along with a heap of other tips and strategies to ensure success. Once you know what is best for your body you can maintain a weight that is best for you and your long-term health. We will show you what to do and how you can benefit. We have found a way to help you discover your amazing self – and stay there. And we do care about you.
2. Female friendly workout programs without the hard slog

As we use the individualised eating plan to create your weight loss, you don’t have to do endless exercise to get great results.
We have 15 years experience helping women discover exercise they enjoy. Many of our members come to us with little or no fitness or exercise experience. Some have never enjoyed it in the past. We have built our programs based on the success and feedback of our members. Now, many have come to say they actually enjoy exercising.
Exercising with other women aiming for similar goals adds to the supportive environment. For many members the socialisation factor is a big help, but there are times you just need to get in and out as quickly as possible, so our basic circuit program can be finished in under 30 minutes.
For extra motivation we also run challenges and programs to encourage participation and give away special rewards and prizes. Sometimes just a pat on the back, knowing that you’ve achieved something extra, is all that is needed.
3. Coaching and Support
Weekly one-on-one coaching and support is your key to success. This accountability is what helps you stay on track to achieve great results. This gives you an opportunity to be monitored closely and discuss with your coach any issues or problems you may have. Education about carb controlled eating, getting great new recipes and healthy lifestyle tips will also be covered in these sessions. Many centres offer weekly booked sessions so you can have an appointment at a time that best suits you.
If you can’t make it in then we will follow you up with a weekly phone call or email. We call them “Care Calls”. Care calls are all part of our ongoing care. This is not meant as stalking – we just want to ensure that you are OK and if there is anything we can help you with. Your weekly coaching and support session could be done over the phone or by Skype if you can’t get in.
Online support. You have access to a range of educational and motivation tips plus lots of great recipes. Some will be given out in the centre and some will come digitally via email and social media. Wait until you see our recipe e-book which you can load up onto any mobile device, tablet or computer. This will help make your new lifestyle easy to follow and help you form new healthy habits.
We do not judge you. The program helps you learn the eating and exercise choices that best suit your body, and this helps in developing body acceptance. We will guide and educate you, and you should never feel judged. You will be surrounded by other like-minded women – all different ages, sizes and fitness levels, all on similar journeys. We are women helping women discover their best selves.
