Just joined this fabulous gym, fantastic  facilities and grounds more like a country club With pool and tennis courts. Professional staff who are friendly and patient with beginners. The reformer Pilates studio classes are excellent

Great gym to work out at. Friendly and polite staff. A gym for all types of people. Best time to work out if you like it quite is 7:30-9:00 weekdays.

Great staff, new equipment and location. A special thank you to Elizabeth for the great aqua classes. Exercise room upstairs needs to be aired  more often.

A FANTASTIC gym, staff are great, equipment is FIRST RATE, the manager  Brian can be a bit stand offish. He was very friendly when I was signing up but now wont acknowledge me. Hey Mate take a leaf from your staff.

Nice facility with modern equipment with great view at the river. But small and less equipments compared to West end.

Gym is small but has all the essentials and isn't too busy. Nice pool and view too. Reasonable price

Late hours, great sauna, pool has river views.
