Came 3 times to try get a test done. 8:25am there was a queue of people. Over 20mins 1 person went in. Returned at 12, sign on door saying gone to lunch be back at 1pm. Despite google maps, official door sign, and email from ACL saying open 8-430. Returned at 12:55pm to find the sign had been amended to say back by 1:15pm… presumably their last patient took longer and fairly they want their full lunch break. Ridiculously disruptive to my day. If you can’t be open full hours only 1 staff member then update your opening hours.
Apparently, 12-1pm is their lunch break. We are not informed regarding their lunch break prior to our arrival. We were told via their official email that they are open from 8am to 4:30pm only. Hence, a long wait for them to come back from their lunch break. The whole experience was not welcoming at all. Bad management and half the time we have to figure things out ourselves. Such as taking a queue number.
Very bad service, you are dealing with machines Don’t go there
The lady was very polite, very talented. She took my blood within 1 minute and I was free within 5 minutes. I think her name was Namandeep. Such a lovely lady!!
Ladies had no idea what they were doing and make everyone wait for over an hour to do a simple RAT test for one individual. Then decide to take a lunch break and not tell anyone. Worst service ever. Do not come here.
Terrible company and horrible service. We’ve been robbed of 300 $ and we will take legal action against clinical labs. Payed 300 $ for two travel pcr test that couldn’t be used as clinical labs didn’t have the resources to provide results on time for our flight. We sent several emails asking for a refund and we never got an answer about it. Let alone trying to speak with them via phone which is nearly impossible! Do not support them!!!!!
I want to give a zero star if I could. There were a new staff and a senior one, Tam. I can understand the new staff may need time to learn, but the behaviour of Tam was unacceptable. I found Tam is very bitter and controlling as she treated me as her child, which means - I have to listen. As a private client, I am afraid clinical labs will lose their clients as private self-fund people do have choice.
When I went to the clinic today, there was a nursing intern and a supervisor nurse. The supervisor nurse was very unprofessional. She had asked the patient before me about the empty stomach status. However, when it came to me, she just ignored this issue. Besides, when the nursing intern had difficulty locating an appropriate vein and asked for her help, she behaved impatiently. Thus, the nursing intern failed to successfully obtain the blood on my left arm during the first time. Then she asked the nursing intern to try another arm, but simply left my left arm unattended with bleeding until I let her know. Finally, this supervisor nurse collected the blood in person on my right arm, but she randomly gave me a gauze to apply on the venipuncture site after removing the needle. When she found my arm still bled after some time, she used a tape to cover the site. Unfortunately, a local swelling with a bruise soon occurred after I left the clinic. I never had such a problematic blood sampling experience before, and I am very sorry for this supervisor’s practice. Hopefully, the nurse intern will not learn the improper operation from this supervisor.
The staff here are lovely. If ever I need a blood test, I go out of my way to come to this little clinic. I'm not scared of needles, but even so - there's never any pain. I can't believe I'm taking the time to rate a path clinic 5 stars, but these guys deserve it. :
Waiting time was short. Operator was friendly and efficient.
