I recently moved from Melbourne and I absolutely love the personalised experience from Kyneton Whole life pharmacy, the staff are incredible. I've missed the community feeling you get from walking into a local pharmacy like this one. The pharmacist Eason is a joy to speak to and brightens your day each time you collect a script. I strongly recommend this place! 10/10
Bit of an uncomfortable visit today, to be honest. One of the young pharmacists was going around asking customers to scan a code and leave a Google review about himself ?. After seeing their page, I felt like this was an attempt to offset a 1-star review they received the day before, which made the whole situation come across as quite pushy and inauthentic. Just doesn’t sit right in a professional healthcare setting.nnThe front counter staff, however, were very lovely. The 2 stars are for them.
I can highly recommend the team of experienced pharmacists here. They really know about meds, drug interections and sometimes are better at working out what you actually need than any Gp not saying the Gps also do a wonderful job We had troubles with a script and Tim was faboulous and helped us out speedily.nI also love that we can buy bulk wholefood items here - one stop shop.
I can’t speak highly enough of Eason, the pharmacist at Wholelife. He goes above and beyond every single day with his customer service, and it never feels forced , it’s genuine care. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure you fully understand your medications and options.nnWhat truly sets him apart is that he remembers his clients. He remembers names, health concerns, and follows up in a way that makes you feel valued rather than just another customer. In a world where service can often feel rushed and impersonal, his consistency, warmth, and professionalism really stand out.nnWe are so lucky to have someone like Eason in our community.
