I initially attended this clinic for remedial massage by Jessica. I enjoyed my massage as Jessica as she took the time to ask me questions about my sore points. Thank you Jessica. I then decided to see Dr. Kalas for something I had been dealing with for sometime. I did not have the same positive experience with her. I paid for two consults, each time Dr. Kalas stated she was performing an assessment, this included her rocking me and holding my head, I was a little suspicious that this was just time and money wasting. I emailed her asking for my treatment plan, surely after two sessions a treatment plan would have been completed. Instead I got a message asking me if my treatment was working, I was very confused as treatment was never discussed. She did not reply back to me. I felt taken advantage of as I was desperate to find pain relief. Appointments were booked for 45 minutes but she was always 15 to 20 minutes late. I would not recommend her services.
Have been attending this clinic off and on for about 4 years now for help with chronic pain. Have seen a couple of therapists and each one has been wonderful. Reception staff are lovely and helpful as well. Have even received the odd text messages if the therapist is running behind for the appointment which is a great touch!

One of the best remedial massage clinics in town. Adrian, the remedial therapist is great and reception staff and very friendly. Rooms are extremely welcoming and comfortable. I look forward to every appointment.
