Story

Welcome to Health Dynamix.
We are a team of experienced physiotherapists that provide physiotherapy services to people of any age. We have Clinical Pilates which is specific to you and your needs as well as massage therapy.

Divya Kumar and Laura Carlson are our principal physiotherapists. They both have extensive experience and have a diverse range of techniques for treatment. They both teach Clinical Pilates and with the wealth of knowledge from their physiotherapy training, they tailor a program specifically to you and your needs.

Our current Clinical Pilates Class Timetable:
Monday 10:00am and 5:30pm
Tues 6:00pm
Thurs 10:30am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm

A very professional and caring team They have Masters of Physiotherapy Practioners with great knowledge of human anatomy plus they also do dry needling to enhance their muscle work. They listen and explain everything. Well worth making them your physiotherapist for pain relief and rehabilitation
