I had an appointment here the other day as this is where my go was located.  I rang 50 min prior to my appointment to advise the receptionist I maybe late as I had issues with my car key and was unable to open. Lady was quite abrupt didn’t really care much just told me dr may not be able to see you, just ring back and let us know. I finally go into my car with 15mins to get there. I did ring and the same didn’t care or really understand why I was ringing however told me  may not get seen even if I come in.  I sped the entire way there got there 1 min late. Dr was running late, why couldn’t they let me know that, disappointed.

Nearly an hour wait with every single appointment, regardless of the time or doctor. How about letting people know how far behind the doctor is running?

admin staff are very blunt and some are rude. they don't have any respect - being in the health field myself, feel disappointed. Any health practise runs-- only because people go to them. There are lots of other practices people can go to.
       Doctors at the health practise are good, but admin staff need to smile and be respectful to all , or they need a in service on good communication skills .
