Very accommodating, courteous and customer centric. I only had 20 mins for a quick massage, and though that was not on the list of services, they accommodated me. And wow, that was one of the best massages! Healing hands indeed! Highly recommend trying this for the experience. Definitely booking that again
I had a wonderful experience at Healing Hands Massage. The staff are professional and friendly. Special mention to the wonderful Ken. He listened to my concerns and was very attentive worked on the troubled areas. Will be coming back again for sure :
First time I went and Ken was very good. Second time today and I got Grace - horrible. She was inexperienced or lazy or both. So I think there are good and bad therapists here. I give 5 stars for Ken, nothing for Grace. Following my review the manager contacted me. I am pleased with the solution he proposed and tried another therapist, this time Jenny. I give 5 stars for Jenny. This business takes customer service seriously. Will be back :

Lisa is a gem. Hands down just knows what needs attention, and the right pressure and way of fixing all trouble spots.
Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. Came in towards the end of my massage and had a go at her staff. I tried to give her some feedback as I was really annoyed that I was trying to and also paid for a relaxing massage. She was very rude and didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say. Not going back!
We came for a 30 minute remedial massage and it was veryyyy professional , clean, calm and my body felt amazing after. It was like a chiropractor and physiotherapist mixed in one. Loved it!
I’ve been here quite a number of times and never checked the google ratings as it is my local. I’ve always had a pleasant experience and am shocked to see how low the ratings are. Beds here are clean and I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Massage therapists are highly skilled and I always leave feeling like I have pressure taken off my shoulders.
Got given a gift voucher as a Christmas present, and went in for one of my first massage experiences. When asked what I'd like, I specified a very soft & relaxing massage as I'd never had one before. The girl proceeded to give what I could only assume was a deep muscle beating, if it can be called anything besides torture, where I had to ask for reduced pressure 5 times before it became bearable. Emphasis on bearable. I woke up the next morning with bruises on the back of my neck and around my shoulder. Would not return.
