A series of botched bookings, first postponed because they didn’t have my colour, the stylist rescheduled me after Christmas to which I arrived to find some how my booking, suggested by them, had not been entered into to system. I then did as they suggested and booked on line. Only to be cancelled as the time for my treatment was too short, this, though no longer times were available on the booking system. Now the stylist is away for a month.  Times are tough, but much of this is poor organisation. I like to use kerastase and L’Oréal products so my local prions are limited

I Spend $500 for permanent hair straightening and my hair still wavy and curly. I complained about this they offered another treatment after 3 weeks but didn’t make much difference. I had the same treatment previously many times in a different hair salons. But unfortunately they closed for ever. I went there due to the review ratings and I end up very disappointed. I don’t know whether it the way they do it or their product. I lost my money and 5+ hours .

Reece and the team at Rodney Wayne and awesome. I’m a long term customer of theirs and enjoy every interaction. They give professional advice about what you want done with your hair, how to care for the style/colour and give realistic expectations. Very impressed with level of service and professionalism that I continually receive. Keep up the great work team!

Walked out with fantastic new hair. Excellent service etc. Friendly knowledgeable stylist. Only downside quite pricy. Cut and half head foils  $320.

First rate experience every time. They listen to what you have in mind, go over options to be sure every one is on the same page, focus on you throughout, and the results are spot on.

Reece is great, always does an amazing job on my hair and his recommendations are always on point.
