I really appreciate the walk-in haircut aspect, and the price was pretty good, but the quality was not what I was hoping for. During my haircut, the staff member felt as though they were being very careless with my hair, and seemed as though they were trying to get it done as quickly as possible. It left me with a very uneven haircut. I have one side that’s a bit longer than the other, and strands of hair that didn’t get cut at all, and are now twice as long than most of my hair…

I felt very uncomfortable here and could tell by the judgemental looks i was getting from the staff that they seemed just as uncomfortable by me being there.. It really felt like not only my appearance but my whole character was being judged by the entire staff & it was obvious they found me to be lacking on both counts! If Carrens dinner opened a Carrens hair cuts then these girls would give them a run for their money I reckon lol

Accurate closing time would be nice as I showed up around 1.15pm and they’re closed.

Would not recommend going here. I asked for my hair to be dyed back to my natural brown colour and instead they dyed it jet black. Not only that, I also had to go back in for them to re-dye my hair as they missed several patches on the first try. When I went for my second appointment, I was treated appallingly and wasn't even given proper treatment. Complete lack of professionalism and I will never be going back.

My favorite place to get my hair foils done,staff are very friendly,i love getting a cuppa,nice and hot,they do a brilliant job on my hair,exacually what i ask for i get it done,perfectly, i would recomend going there even for a trim,there nice people
