I have asked for a trim.. but left looking even worse than before. The hair wash was everything but gentle and relaxing and the blowdryer was set on the hottest setting, hurting my scalp and no hair care treatment afterwards! Had to wait for about 45 minutes as well even though I’ve had an appointment. Very disappointed, would not recommend and definitely not worth $75!!

I experienced a rude and abrupt male stylist who made me wait while he was doing “nothing much” even though I politely informed him I had a wedding to attend. His customer relations was poor, communication through the service exceptionally average. The blow dry simply didn’t last and the trim was very basic with little communication throughout the process. I won’t be back and I suggest you improve all around if you want to outlast the rest!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Originally I wasn’t going to say anything as I got my hair cut nearly 2 weeks ago, but after seeing my hair straightened again and how badly cut it is at the back including my fringe, I thought I should just be honest. Firstly the service was lovely but the skill in cutting and styling long hair is non existent. After asking to keep my length and to give me layers which aren’t straight at all! I’m close to tears again it’s cut so badly I ended with one side visibly longer than the other side at the back and when I get it fixed it’s taking away from my length that I’ve wanted to keep. My fringe is gappy  and uneven. There wasn’t enough time allocated for me after I asked for more as my hair is super long and thick so the hairdresser was rushed even more. I can’t remember the Indian woman’s name but I recommend giving her more training.

I highly recommend HD Studio! Very friendly and talented hairdressers and they really listen to what you actually want. Very professional work on amazing products! As a bonus -&gt; glad of wine  I couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys;

Got a call and was asked to change my appointment earlier in the week, sure no problem, but they changed the stylist I booked. Instead i got some random person who left me with a sipping wet head of hair. He was nice enough, but not the senior stylist I had booked. I asked for layers and face shaping, got home and straightened my hair to find it looks like a blunt hair cut too heavy on the ends, no shape &had to trim excess random long bits he had missed, completely unprofessional place - I wouldn’t go back, and there were two cockroaches running up the wall next to me aswell. Not relaxing.

Been  back in Darwin 2.5yrs  and this lady gave me the best haircut barbers  needed to wake up

I experienced rude staff who seemed to not care about me at all, and I was very unsatisfied with my haircut but due to their rudeness I chose to pay to get it fixed elsewhere rather than deal with them again.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I just walked in positively for a haircut as i had got it done twice previously and those ladies were very good at it. But just this morning i walked in for a haircut but the lady gave her reason as why she could not have my hair done but in such an unpolite manner ..she does not have a good customer service..she needs to be trained. If there was a negative star review i would definitely hit on it. Sad i have to stick to one star. This is not for the business for just that one staff who made the business look bad for me.

I wish their could be option for no star. Pethatic advise on hair coloring then nothing done to fix that. I chase them like a fool messaged ample number of times to fix appointment. Finally got one, nothing done afterward. Called me one day to tell the professional is going on leave for 15 days and can do something after coming back. So, i waited till 15 days then messaged them regarding update. No reply from 3 days. Finally, decided to give this review. I waited almost 1.5 months so see if someone could help but nothing done.
