Went in for a routine clean. The dentists were great, which is a shame because the receptionists are rude, uninterested, unkind and plain terrible! It's clear to everyone that they don't care to be kind or accommodating. When speaking to them its like speaking to a robot, no eye contact, short rude answers, constantly cutting you off, no please or thank you. When on the phone with them, they are lecture you then cut you off! People say the new generation is rude, but the way these ladies act bring shame to their generation. AT LEAST TRY TO BE NICE!
I have been going to HCF dental at Hurstville for over 20 years and the receptionists are very caring and go the extra mile to help.
The women at the desk are disgustingly rude! They need to learn how to treat valuable customers! Treated my husband like trash, when he asked a question she raised her voice at him like it was such a big task to answer him! they seriously need a make over with the people at the desk! Never in my life saw such rude receptionist! Even witnessed them talkin rudely to a Chinese lady cause she was having trouble understanding them! Felt so sorry for the lady! They are to busy chatting amongst each other! saw a lady wait while they fished there gossip season! Disgusting serivice! You should be ashamed.
Today it’s my second time here. The doctors are very good! But they definitely have the WORST receptionists ever!! They don’t know what they are saying and have no care or compassion with the costumers! I’m in a lot of pain, waiting to be assist and they just send other customers that came after me. When I asked them something, they’re so disrespectful and careless! Never will come back here!! Also I will make a big complaint to HCF officers!
Would like to personally than Ingrid!!!! After 9 years of fear and anxiety about the dentist.... I felt amazing!!! I almost cried when I sat in the chair. She made me feel comfortable and explained absolutely everything.. so gentle... even though my teeth were a mess... thankyou so much... already looking forward to my next clean that I have booked!!!!!!!!!!
Really happy with my recent gap free treatment at HCF Cecilia, the assistant who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and gentle. I was really impressed with the service having always attended much smaller private practices Thanks again
