Belinda was SO helpful and extremely kind, she went above and beyond to help me and even went through the app step by step with my mother on how to make a claim. Gemma was amazing on reception and fully understood my fear of going to the dentist and made me feel so comfortable! The HBF staffs at Joondalup lakeside mall are very friendly and helped me to start the appropriate health cover.
The staff member who served me this morning was efficient and polite. How ever the Customer number system didn't seem to be used/working and there was quite a long wait. People were being served out of order.
