I have a positive experience to share. Hays gave me an assignment with a great company in a role that I was well suited for. The company was very happy with my performance and extended my assignment for another role that came up, with a view of becoming ongoing. I was working within two days of submitting my resume. For me it’s been all good.
Hays is a fantastic recruitment agency , they contacted me and started the process internally in no time. The first round of interview was with the consultant Lauren, it was an amazing experience. The next round was with the company, the consultant informed me about my selection within 2 days. She was always transparent as she kept me apprised about the situation and finally I joined the company they recommended.
I had a lovely experience with Samantha from Hays. She was very professional and assisted me in landing my current role. She understood my needs at the first go and did her absolute best to smoothly transition me into my current company. The execution of the entire process was perfect. Highly recommended. Have been contacted with two recruiters from Hays this year. They told me they are going to submit my application on my behalf, after that, they lost contact and never gave me an update. Very disappointed with their service and professionalism.

Hays is the best . I contacted their admin team and told about my area of job .Soon I was contacted by Mr. Damian who is the Team Manager Accounting and Office Support . I taken care by Mr.Damian in the end to end process . He was very patient and very helpful. He reviewed my resume well and asked my preference on the job . And within a weeks time he came up with two job openings . And booked me in for two interviews but I applied for only One . And I got job. Because of Mr.Damian’s involvement, I got this biggest and career changing job . Thank you
