We were renovating an old deck and the sales assistant recommended a product called Cutek, she did not tell us was that it should only be used on new untreated deck. On further investigation we found that it was totally unsuitable for us. Meantime the product had been ordered and tinted and now we are stuck with the product and $350 out of pocket. Not impressed. This could have been avoided had the staff provided the correct information in the first place. Don’t rely on Haymes advice.
Just visited the Coolum store and was just blown away with the level of service from Corey, Josh and Ebony. I had a very unusual request regarding my painting needs. They tried everything in their attempts to help me. Rarely do you see such service these days. Thanks guys. I’ll be back.nJulie Nel
Don't go anywhere else to get your paint/supplies! The best service I've ever had - the staff are very knowledgeable, and if they don't know something, they'll find the answer for you. Great quality products. They deliver too. They were super helpful in answering all my questions, and actually advised me on what was best for my situation rather than just giving me any random product that wouldn't work/be the best which has happened to me in other bigger chains. Lovely friendly faces.
