Would give 0 stars. Customer service is appalling. Called to book an MOT and was spoken to abruptly with absolutely no customer care. Their receptionist really needs some training on how to speak to potential customers.

Would give them a zero if I could. Rang them up and was greeted by someone who sounded like they'd rather be poking needles in their eyes, miserable beyond belief. Unfortunately we were desperate about an issue on the car after another garage couldn't fix it due to it being too big a job and not getting much luck elsewhere. Explained the issue in detail, was assured could be sorted. Waited over a week for the appointment, moved work hours around to get the car to them. Got there and told the job was too big. Absolute bunch of clowns and time wasters.
Really helpful, polite, reasonsble and quick.
