Moved to Brisbane 28yrs ago and went to Hawthorne Clinic simply because it was the closest. Have absolutely no reason to go elsewhere ever since. Dr Pagliaro should be cloned! The admin staff rarely change, apart from retiring, so says a lot about the culture. I've always had very friendly and professional service.

I recently went here for the first time after moving to the area. It was very awkward from start to finish. Disorganised and not particularly helpful front staff + running late with no acknowledgement. Doctor felt very rushed and as though I was a hassle. When the appointment ended he didn't really say anything and just opened the door. Also like he was annoyed that I had brought my baby, even though that was the purpose of the visit. Computers were also down so couldn't put my baby's details in to the system to check stats and no offer to call back with details. A very weird experience and I would definitely not return. (Have recently had to phone up again and the girl on the phone was very helpful.)

Highly disorganized practice, with rude staff over the phone. I would not recommend specially admin Sue

The admin girl is lovely and helpful and the doctor was very kind and understanding and happily helped me with my toe, definitely go there if you can

Extremely long waiting times even with appointment. Some of the Dr. Are ok, some with only average knowledge. No need to come back here.
