Apartment was dirty, with heavy dust in a lot of places and mould in the shower, smoke alarm was removed, bathroom fan did not operate at all, plumbing from neighbouring apartments was loud enough to interrupt sleep. The location was very convenient though, which was the only saving grace. Less than a 10min walk to a train station, with shopping centres and convenience stores within one block. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone, and I will absolutely never be staying again. With removed smoke alarms and severe mould in the bathroom, I highly doubt this accommodation even meets regulations.
Amazing location. Close to major shopping centres and cafes. 2 bedroom apartment was in excellent condition. Some ware and tare on the carpet. Kitchen has oven and gas hot plates. Perfect for small families. Everything you need on a budget and still close to everything. Nearby activities: Incredibly close to shops Walkability: Easy to get to shops , nearby parks, cafes etc
The apartments are quite spacious with everything you need. There are a few areas where the wooden skirtings need to be replaced. The cleaners need to remove the cobwebs and spiders inside and outside.Rooms: 4/5
Absolutely dirty carpets, the air conditioner was not working properly and when I called the management he said can't do anything as it's public holiday and it was 35 degrees , asked for a fan ,that's how we survived. Toilet was leaking when asked he said wil check tomorrow, no one came ,cobwebs on the ceiling, dirt on the bed side .Rude staff .absolute waste of money . Rude
Pros: Location close to transport and supermarket. Close drive to Chadstone and city also Check in was easy and the gentleman at counter was lovely Beds clean and comfy. Quiet enough. Cons: Lacking little bits and pieces in kitchen no wine glasses, no teaspoons etc. Nothing too dreadful for 2 people to deal with. When your neighbour’s shower - you can here the pipes/water. The WORST part - black mould in bathrooms. Grubby and damaged parts in apartment. Heater looks like it’s never been cleaned and looks like a fire hazard. You can’t read the controller, so have to flick modes and hope for the best. Thankful to be honest that heating worked! There was a small heater in one room that also was appreciated. I think if this place is all you can afford, go for it with confidence but if you have health concerns or are looking for a long stay - avoid!
Disgusting!!! Everything is dirty, mouldy and out dated. Aircon in one bedroom, hot water runs out after one shower, old socks & garbage under beds. Walls and floors were filthy.Rooms: 1/5
The apartment was dirty. Stains on carpet that were still oily, spiderwebs and dust everywhere, broken blinds, no flyscreens on windows, etc. Needs a detailed clean.Rooms: 3/5
Not clean and outdated. Apartment smells musty and mouldy The fridge dishwasher and bin cupboard absolutely stank. Appreciated having a little backyard but it is in desperate need of maintenance. Sheets were also dirty My family all suffered runny noses and horrible coughs whilst staying there which we put down to the mould in the apartment, window seals riddled with it. Shower was mouldy and the apartment could do with a big deep clean, stains on the carpets couches ect. Avoid this place $250 a night, it is not worth it.
Stayed there with my kids, it was so dirty stains on the bed sheets, very suspicious stain on the couch, burn marks on the carpet. Shower was disgusting. Found other guest things in the bedside table and under the bed so proves they don't clean. a party was happening underneath us and next door to us screaming and yelling most of the night. People coming back from a night out yelling,fighting, slamming doors. Paper thin walls could hear everything if that doesn't keep you up all night the traffic will. Definitely will not be back the whole experience was horrible.
Absolutely disgusting, do not stay here. We booked for 2 nights as my son had surgery at the cabrini, ended up making the long trip home after his day surgery instead of stayin at the apartment as it was so dirty. There was mould throughout the bathroom, watrr damaged skirting boards and black mould through the bathroom and bedroom wardrobe. This place needs to be shut down! Ill be surprised if we don't come away with bed bugs.
