4.2 Google rating is too high for this restaurant. maybe a year ago. certainly NOT NOW.nnthe fried kwey teow, hainan chicken rice was TOO SALTY. the saltiness were overwhelming, so much that it feels like eating salted figures of your ordered food. texture was mushy, appearance also not so good.nnthe hong kong style cha chaan teng breakfast definitely not worth the money. $18.5 for a micro slice of CANNED luncheon meat, small glass of non refillable too sour lemon tea, toasted plain mini bread with plain butter and plain Hong Kong style omelette.nnAvoid at all cost. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I tried a few dishes, Recommended Fry Rice Noodle with Beef, Beef Brisket with Egg Noodle and Laksa. Friendly and helpful staffs. Will be back for more.
It's a Friday 1pm, I walked into this cafe for lunch. I was mainly attracted by the crowd, and the cafe was 90% full.nThe black pepper beef fried udon was good. Friendly staff.
Food Is great- my go to is always the CKT and Laksa. It gets quite busy and loud during peak hours! Food is also more reasonably priced than other restaurants! One of our constant go to for Malaysian/ singaporean dishes.
got takeaway uber eats chai tow kway and fried kway teow and wow... so beautifully authentic, the rice cakes are juicy soft and saucy, and the fried noodles are flavoured just how they should be. cool that they give you a reusable bag!nTom yum dry noodles are also very flavoursome and hit the spot
