The takeaway here is next level. Freshest fish and prawns around. Do yourself a favour and get 10 battered prawns: they are amazing!
Wowee. How is this place still open. The blonde owner lady in overalls could be heard bullying around her one and only very polite staff member rostered on with her. Waited 70 minutes for chips not even properly cooked and the overpriced serving sizes not even properly filled. I watched the owner lady literally cooking one single order at a time. The shop with a better process could be completing orders at triple the speed if it was run was some intellect and energy. Possibly one of the worst fish & chip stores in the universe. Realistically this place deserves zero stars.
I had a very bad experience there .O ordered a chicken Burger and chips .They came with no tomato sauce .Went back to ask for tomato sauce politely .The lady with white hair said you interrupted thos man you need to wait in the line again. I waited then asked again when O got my turn she said ot's 3 dollars for a small portion of sauce .I gave her 3 dollars she looked at me and said can again !!!.I went to feed the kids she said came said no kids are allowed to stand on the chair .But they don't have tables they only have those long bar chairs and a high bar so was hard for my 4 years old daughter to reach the food. I proceeded to help my son to eat the burger she then said my daughter isn't allowed on the top of the bar .So she ate while standing up and put the chips on the chair.She came while we were eating and said somebody did a mess here .I had no idea what to tell my kids about how rude she was or how to reply her .Let one 3 dollars for tomato sauce which should come with the food anyway .There was another old nice lady but the lady with the white hair was so rude .Never back again
Ye olde fish and chip shop. Generous portion sizes and friendly service. We ordered take away fish and chips and ate them nearby on the skillion. Perfect weekend activityFood: 4/5
Waited 50 minutes for gluten free food and when order was incorrectly delivered we were met with arrogance and rudeness. Save your money and go into town for decent fish and chips.
The quality has gone down over the years. It used to be a great spot to get fish and chips in an ideal location but the staff are rude and it all seems a bit too oily now.
I would share an experience on the food but after a 20min wait on food to be told it was still going to be another 5-10 mins just to take our order I wasn’t waiting. The one lady working was full of excuses. Hire some staff guys!!
Should actually open. Drove from Sydney and by 2.00pm was fed up and left. Stated hours may differ due to Boxing Day but really, lots of customers but shop not open.
Ocean views and good vibes. The food is so delicious!!! If you are into sweets, I suggest the homemade chocolate brownie. Im vego but my friend has the fish and chips and she said it was super fresh and tasty Lastly, Vesna was such a delight so make sure you say gday to her and have a yarn. Definitely check this place out, I promise it will be a memorable experience. Mahalo
Best fish ive had in a long while. Great portion sizes. Fresh salad. Fast n friendly service! Top views. Thanks for making a dinner with my Pop and GF very special.
