For honda parts nobody can beat. Thanks for having stock. I love the speed feed bump head.
It is a nice store and the staff are friendly. It was hard to get them to sell to me but we got there in the end. They seemed busy so I don't blame them for not returning any calls. Next time I will let them do all the selling and calling.

Tom the mechanic was very helpful. He explained a particular issue with a Honda pump engine clearly. Was happy to pass on the part number for the genuine Honda air filter spare part. Great job Tom and thank you.
I was after a V belt for my Honda. I called with the part number I was after. They didn't have it in stock and had to order it in for me. They took payment over the phone and called me when it was in, on the next business day, and then I collected it. Haughton Power Equipment didn't do anything exceptional, they just did their job and it couldn't have gone any smoother. It was a refreshing experience.
While traveling through Adelaide from NSW I needed my Yamaha generator checked and serviced. These guys were great. They load tested and serviced the generator and I was able to continue on my way the same day. Great service and great attitude.
What a disappointment! Emailed to see if they would look at our diesel generator as it won't crank past top dead centre. Told $55 for assessment & quote. Went to pick it up only to be told a wire was a bit loose and it wouldn't crank past top dead centre. Would need to be taken to a deisel specialist for further investigation. Basically what we had told them... They apparently spent the 30 minute inspection time trying to start it. I can start it by jumping it from a running car and jumper leads. Yes, they were told this on drop off. Still had to pay the $55 just to be told what we already knew, Haughton didn't have the expertise to identify fault and we needed to take it to someone whom knows what they are doing... WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO KNOW THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO REPAIR IT BEFORE WE DROPPED IT OFF. Even if they could work out what was wrong Do yourself a favor and don't bother with such a dishonest operator. I guess $55 from 100 people is better than $3,000 from one person!
Every thing you need for a Honda motor in a kanga ordered online they rang as some parts need to come from Melbourne, gave me approximate date and rang me when they had them. If you need parts for your motor check them out you won't be disappointed
Just an average mob. Not overly customer friendly towards tradies in their game. Wouldn’t take a credit card payment over the phone for $1650. Only use them when desperate.
Monday 18th September 2018: Jeff Sander from Haughton Honda rang me to apologise and reassure me he'd personally see to it my mower was attended to this morning, he said he'd call me once the mechanic checked the mower to give me an idea of any added cost involved before moving forward. Within a short time Jeff called again to advise me the mower had been serviced, repaired and was ready to collect. Jeff explained there had been extra cost but he has been kind enough to waive that cost which I appreciate and am thankful for. I'm yet to collect the mower however I'm very happy with the outcome, I appreciate Jeff taking the time to deal with this matter and his apology was accepted. The manner in which Jeff dealt with this issue has restored my faith in Haughton Honda. We all make mistakes, it's how we deal with those mistakes that matter. Thank you Jeff, Andrea Saturday 16th Sept 2018: Disappointing. Before choosing to take my mower to Haughton Honda I read all the reviews, with the exception of one person who complained that the company had not followed up after he'd personally been in the store and spoken with them on the phone most of the reviews were positive. I only wish my experience was the same. I took my mower to Haughton Honda on Wed 5th Sept, Drew assured me it would be ready to collect one week later Wed 12th Sept and would cost $99. The self-propelled lawnmower is a couple of years old but has only been used a handful of times, it's been sitting idle given this Drew didn't expect it would need anything but to clean the carburetta. I asked to be contacted should the cost be more than $99. A week went by, I heard nothing from Haughton Honda. I rang them Friday 14th Sept only to be told the lawnmower was yet to be looked at! I spoke with Drew who told me they were backed up and while it was no excuse he assured me he'd have it prioritised for that afternoon. I'm very disappointed, I had barbecue at my home Saturday and expected to have my new lawn mowed. I feel Haughton Honda were remiss, firstly if they knew they would be busy why assure me I'd have it back one week later? Their failure to contact me was discourteous and poor business acumen. Saturday passed without contact so it seems the mower wasn't serviced as a priority, as stated It would be - I had hoped to collect it before 12pm so I could mow my lawn before the barbecue. I guess I'll wait to see whether they call me Monday, a call to apologise would be appreciated and to be told exactly how much longer I'll be waiting to collect my mower which should have only taken a couple of day's. Rest assured I will follow up this review once I collect the mower, I'll state cost and how the lawnmower runs. Would I recommend Haughton Honda to friends? I'll need think about it! The question is, will you choose Haughton Honda? Andrea
