Bought a new mower last week very happy with the service and price. Will recommend

Have bought my last 2 mowers from here and had issues every time but never commented before. This recent purchase was for a regular back yard mower, I asked about a choke or primer button but was told that there were none...this mower is all automatic. After struggling to start every time before the first free service, I discovered a primer button as I was lifting it into my car for a service. Not happy Jan...I was told they would call me when ready and usually it is the next day..3 days pass and no call so I rang and was told it was wrongly put into the maintenance queue which was LONG. It was then promoted in the queue and I received a call the same day saying it was ready.I wish we had some serious competition in Hastings for these products

David managed to get in a part for an older Honda mower in very fast time. The correct part first time, and he let me know the minute it arrived as I really needed it.

Good service, but the finance is a bit of a trap. You have to pay full RRP. Not sticker price.
