NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! I went there on Thursday with a bad cough & fever. Was told to put my head over a bucket of hot water & the steam will fix it. After 3 days of coughing fits & struggling to breath I went to another clinic which said I had a very bad chest infection & I should have been treated sooner. I am now on antibiotics & steroids to help with my coughing. I will never go back to Hastings family medical this is not the first time the doctors there have wrongly diagnosed me or my family.

All Staff at this clinic have been postive, understanding and caring. The environment is always calming and it's never a long wait to see the doctor

Good friendly service. not a long wait good. for the childrens play area and wonderful with the kids saying hellos and always smiley. My children look forward to trips to the doctors here and will be back 💜 thankyou
