Customer service is consistently pathetic, ordered our click and collect of a bulk order of air purifiers to our car. We parked in the correct parking spot and entered all of the details required including the rego number…30 minutes later nothing.nWalking through the entrance doors to see employees sitting around chatting- Totally understandable having to wait if the store is busy! But no.nThen being sent over to the other side of the store to speak with a young boy about our order- barely an apology or anything.nThen to carry out all of the boxes ourselves-No offer to bring them to the car as we requested.nI alway avoid HN as every single experience i find the customer service deplorable.nNot even getting started on the employee standing near our car vaping
We always recieve amazing customer service from Michael laptop and phone section. Answered all our queries and assisted us in choosing the right product/s. He knows the products well. Will always come back.
They fixed a issue that I had from another store even though I never used the product it was kinda annoying how u only get 14 days even if brand new and it was faulty. But don't pay for the warranty under 500 dollar items pretty much a scam it only is valid after the companies 2 year warranties so you cannot replace and it could take weeks or months to get your product back if a company warranty.
Another great experience today at HN Woodville. We have bought so many products at this place over the years including mattresses, refrigerators, washing machine, oven, i.e all of our kitchen appliances and accessories and electronics. Today I noticed they have lovely bedding and throw rugs too. Without fail, we get great service and there are always staff there to help. They know their products intimately and seem happy to be there. No hard selling just good honest, friendly service.
This is for Reece and Eduardo who went above and beyond setting up my new tv. Lots of trouble with the wall bracket but these guys know all the tricks. Prompt courteous and set up all my other tech! Also did the same for my mother Gaye the day before. ! Both brilliant at the job. Caitlin
