I've been shopping at Harvey Norman Rothwell now for over 10 years and they've never let me down. Great service from a dedicated sales team and plenty of range whether you are after furniture, electrical, home goods, computers, phone etc. Will continue buying from there in the future.

I clicked and collected. There wasn't stock at my local HN so I thought it was a good opportunity to go out to Recliffe.  It was fast, easy, and affordable. The staff were lovely and helpful. I love my new keyboard and mouse.

Went in to buy a printer. Found one that suited my budget and my purpose.

Ordered item online.  When it was ready I received an email where I could click on 'I'm on my way' and the item was delivered to my car when I arrived.  Good system.

Great service staff are amazing with product info very helpful and a great store not over crowded with products on display easy accessible

Laura Corkill was so patient, kind, down to earth and helpful at the Rothwell Store. I will always go back to the Rothwell Store now for her old fashioned great service which is hard to find these days!! I had my three year old with me so it was a bit hectic lol and Laura offered great advice on warranties and safety features for the appliances I purchased. Purchased a Westinghouse oven was out of warranty by 1 month oven door glass exploded phoned Harvey Norman Rothwell explained what had happened sent photos within 1hr they organised a new oven door free of charge supplied and fitted great customer service highly recommend that’s why I always buy goods from Harvey Norman thanks team

We purchased a bed and had some problems with it and the staff was very understanding and helpful sorting things out very happy with service

My dad purchased a vacuum from this store late last year.  Around 6 months later the vacuum wouldn't work.  I took my dad into the store who sent it off for repair.  Fast forward 2 months and still no vacuum I've had to intervene to try and help my dad who is elderly.  He has been patient and has waited long enough and in my opinion should have been offered a replacement vacuum seeings the one he purchased was just shy of 6 months old. Angie who has been supposedly trying to help my dad with this issue, was very rude and unprofessional over the phone when I rang at my wits end today.  I have advised my dad to never purchase anything from this store again.  Disgraceful service by an abrupt person clearly too impatient and busy to genuinely care.

Our  Bissell vacuuming machine needed fixing at Harvey Norman Rothwell where we purchased it.  The representative called in to the shop and found pet hair  stuck in the machine filter etc., et.,   Replaced the part & explained to Lydia the Harvey Norman Sales Rep how to clean & look after the machine.  Lydia relayed all of this to us & demonstrated how to clean this particular part & our machine is working beautifully.  This was done within one day.  Thank you Lydia so much for your terrific service and to the representative for the demonstration.  We are extremely impressed with such professional service from Harvey Norman & Lydia.  Thank you.
